Why pasture raised meats? Pastured means the animal is always on pasture. Never in a
feedlot or caged scenario. Our animals and birds are always on grass (chicks are on grass
within two weeks of age). Terms like free range and grass fed have been manipulated, so we feel "pasture raised" best fits our operation.
