Why pasture raised meats? Pastured means the animal is always on pasture. Never in a
feedlot or caged scenario. Our animals and birds are always on grass (chicks are on grass
within two weeks of age). Terms like free range and grass fed have been manipulated, so we feel "pasture raised" best fits our operation.

Animals that eat grass have many times the health benefits over animals kept in feedlots or cages. The cleanliness and nutritional value creates a much healthier product. Here is a list of ten basic advantages of pasture raised meats.
